Join the Friends of Crocheron & John Golden Park for the 6th Annual John Golden Day, a community celebration honoring John Golden — Bayside's beloved "Mr. Bayside" — whose dedication to bringing neighbors together inspired generations. Hosted by Friends of Crocheron, the event features a historical exhibit by the Bayside Historical Society, a guided park tour with the Urban Park Rangers, morning yoga, CPR demonstrations, emergency preparedness information, a mobile library bus, and educational activities highlighting the history, natural beauty, and community spirit of Crocheron and John Golden Parks. Activities begin at 9:00 a.m. and continue through 1:00 p.m.
