Membership
Whether you are a longtime resident or have just moved to the area, we would like to invite you to become a member of Bayside Historical Society. Membership entitles you to free or reduced admission to events, programs, and exhibits; a free monthly newsletter; advanced notice of special events, programs, and exhibitions; a 10% discount on Castle rentals; and perhaps most importantly, the knowledge that you are supporting the community, and its wonderfully rich history, resources, and culture. Your membership enables us to welcome thousands of NYC school children to The Castle each year, where they interact with authentic artifacts to learn what everyday life was like in Queens in the early 1900s. In addition, your member dollars support our cultural events, author talks, the Annual Winter Art Show, Totten Trot 5K Foot Race, and the upkeep and restoration of our cherished 19th-century landmarked building. Join today, and become a part of the efforts to preserve the past, and build for the future. BHS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization chartered in 1964, and since its founding has grown to become a cultural institution that serves as a learning destination, a resource for researchers, and a venue for the visual and performing arts.

Yearly Membership
This payment is a recurring annual payment:

Individual: $35 per year

Senior (60+): $30 per year

Corporate: $250 per year

*Family and above receive benefits for four. Individual and Senior/Student receive benefits for one.
Lifetime Membership
This payment is a one-time payment of $500.
