Event Greeter:
Register visitors at events
Direct visitors to event location
Assist with membership applications
Distribute notices about future events
Docent:
Building tours during public hours on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday and during Open House NY events
Education Assistant:
Great for retired teachers! Help out with K-5 field trips at the Castle, our historic building at Fort Totten, where students learn about everyday life in Queens in the early 1900s through hands-on activities. Training provided. Maximum 32 students/trip. Flexible schedule — just a few weekday mornings a month!
