Sessions run every Tuesday of the month, from 12:15pm to 1:15pm. The cost is $10 per session. Walk-ins OK.

Join Stephanie, a Certified Restorative Yoga Therapeutic Teacher, on Tuesdays at the Castle for gentle and restorative yoga for beginning students over 50. If your doctor has cleared you to do light exercise, this is the class for you!  Stephanie offers a very personal class, focusing on body issues that older adults have developed over the years. She modifies poses to meet the needs of her students in a safe, non-judgmental, fun, positive community class that leaves them feeling energized, relaxed, happy and ready to face the world. Each class combines creative sequencing of breath work with standing and restorative poses where students can be in a chair or on the mat. It is an ideal way to rejuvenate the body and revitalize the mind. Includes all equipment: mats, blocks, blankets, straps and bands.
