Get ready for an exciting spring adventure into the colorful world of butterflies and pollinators! Join Wing (Ms. Butterfly), nature educator and creator, as we explore the amazing species that call our area home, gaining a deeper understanding of their shapes, patterns, and life cycles. Participants will have the opportunity to observe real specimens up close, offering a rare and engaging look at these fascinating creatures. Through guided exploration, we’ll learn how pollinators live, grow, and support the ecosystems around us.
Following our discovery session, children will be encouraged to craft their own nature-inspired artwork to take home. This activity is appropriate for children of all ages, though parental or caretaker supervision is advised for very young children. It's an ideal experience for curious kids and families who enjoy hands-on learning and creativity. Feel free to dress up as your favorite pollinator!
This workshop will take place outdoors in the BHS gardens. Space is limited, so make sure to reserve your spot early. If you must cancel, please let us know so we can reallocate the tickets to others.
